We are inviting you to sign up for the ARTE markets in Dubai Festival City held on 5th November and Times Square Center on 12th November. The registration forms are attached. The ARTE posters for your personal use are to follow separately.


ADVERTS & ARTE Poster
Please print the poster that we will send you in A5 size, your photocopy shop will also do this from your USB memory stick. The supermarkets prefer that size on their notice boards. We are planning to do a massive poster drop off at the main supermarkets from Jumeirah 1 to the Meadows and beyond. Can you help in the other areas?

We have added a FB advert to our collection of monthly advertisements in a few days. Let us know when you see it.

ARE YOU SELLING at ARTE ETSY?
We are asked every month by the press for high resolution images. Feroz & Tamer go round regularly with their cameras to take shots that we can use for that purpose. It is only a bit more work for you to also scramble some details together on your product and postage rates and you are then ready to launch your item on the ARTE ETSY page. We are selling well through that medium. We only accept enquiries for this from vendors who are participating in ARTE events on a regular basis. Paul Townsend is in charge of the ETSY store on ARTE, so please email him on paul@arte.ae

FOOTFALL & TABLE LAY OUT TSC
TSC October had again another increase of ARTE footfall compared to the footfall of the same month last year.

Footfall pulled in by ARTE is more difficult to measure in DFC since they have a number of additional events most weekends.

We are again exploring the opportunity to bring ARTE stalls outside the Toys R US Sharaf DG shops on the first floor of the mall. We have received some feedback from the vendors and mall management and due to TSC changes and screening of stores, there will be a revised floor table lay out. Please realise that at any one time we can only accommodate approximately 30 vendors near the Cafe area, which is less than one third of the total ARTE vendors. The top floor draws the highest footfall in the mall. There is also power available and fabulous light from the sky window above.

HOUSEKEEPING TSC
We have been reminded not to stick anything to the walls or pillars in TSC. Blue tack and different quality sticky tapes are often very difficult to remove and are no longer permitted. Please remember this when you set up. Thank you.

NEW VENUE Winter Market
We will release the information on another ARTE winter market in November with all details. Hold your breath a little longer..... exciting!

PR & Bookmarks
If you have any bookmarks left please start distributing them at your club, clinic, school, hair salon. The dates advertised on the bookmarks run out in December.

Registration ARTE markets
Print the registration form, and fill it in. Collect the correct amount of cash and drop this with the form to Art House Dubai Gallery. They are located on the Al Wasl Road, villa 422. This is opposite the Emarat petrol station, which is next to the Jumeirah Post Office. The gallery has a blue steel gate. The staff in the Gallery are not part of the team, Art House Dubai only functions as a drop off point for the forms with payments.

YOUNG ENTERPRISE PROGRAMME
Wellington International School have selected another 10 enterprisers who will be launching their business projects developments during this past school year at ARTE in November. Please come and say hi to the students and give them your feedback, and browse through their products. They need the responds to their initiatives from the public.

SAFE & SOUND - ARTE in PINK
The response to our participation in the awareness campaign for Breast Cancer Awareness has been absolutely tremendous. We have raised nearly 4000 Dhs, which is enough to provide a few free breast cancer scans and make a donation towards the education of Jean's children who are now orphaned. The funds will be donated to the Safe & Sound project organiser in the Bur Juman, we are just waiting for the last donations to come in. Thank you all for being so supportive, it has been awesome. Thank you!
